IDOT UPDATE (APRIL 21, 2014): The Illinois Department of Transportation announces that work to widen and resurface IL 91 through Dunlap will begin this week. No lane closures are
expected as part of the work this week. Crews will be working on fence removal
and water main installation. The overall project includes
