IDOT UPDATE (APRIL 21, 2014): The Illinois Department of Transportation announces that work to widen and resurface IL 91 through Dunlap will begin this week.  No lane closures are expected as part of the work this week. Crews will be working on fence removal and water main installation.  The overall project includes IL 91 from south of Legion Hall Road to north of Hickory Street and will require traffic shifts and lane closures on IL 91 and the closure of Legion Hall Road in stages for pavement replacement and the installation of retaining walls, sidewalk, pipe culverts, and storm sewer. Access to residences and businesses along IL 91 will be maintained during construction.  This project is expected to be completed in 2015. Please slow down and use extreme caution while driving through all work zones.
