Village of Dunlap Paint Program
The Village of Dunlap realizes the value in encouraging residents to help keep the Village of Dunlap an attractive place to live. In an effort to promote the beautification of its residential neighborhoods, the Village has established a Paint Program for residential property owners.
This program offers reimbursement of paint costs to residents who wish to paint the exterior of their homes or accessory structures (sheds, storage units or garages). Reimbursement will be granted for exterior paint only. Participants will receive reimbursement of 50 percent of total paint costs, up to a maximum of $250. Reimbursement of receipts will be received upon completion of project.
All Village of Dunlap homeowners and renters (with landlords’ consent) are eligible to apply for assistance (must receive a water bill from the Village). The Village has allocated a limited amount of funds to be used this fiscal year and must approve any additional allocations in the future. The Village has a right to cancel the program at any time, prior to grant approval and without notice, if sufficient funds are determined unavailable.

Completed application forms and necessary documentation can be mailed or turned in at Village Hall, 104 N. Second Street, between 10:00am-2:00pm, Monday through Friday.
